"Funny how they are around to sell you the insurance but never to defend you in accidents or to even answer your questions. I spoke with the agent assigned to me MAYBE once. Then it was different people every single time I attempted to contact her. They allowed a woman who stood up and spit in my face and cursed me out, with nothing more than tire damage to claim $2000 medical expenses. There was literally video footage of it. She had nothing more than some tire damage."
