About our AgencyOur agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build.I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team. We’re very active with Junior Achievement and believe strongly in investing in and supporting the next generation through financial education and community involvement. We offer a $50 monthly gym membership stipend, a group life plan, PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and a $500 bonus for each license earned. We believe in rewarding growth and supporting both personal and professional development. Our culture values grit and a good attitude above all else. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, coachable, and ready to show up each day with a positive mindset. If you’re willing to work hard, grow your skills, and be part of a supportive team, this could be a great place to build your career.
